6261: Remodel | EDGE partnered with Urbal Architecture on the build of this full home remodel and addition. A revised stair location improves flow and opens up the main floor plan; a generous roof deck, primary suite and office at the second floor addition provides views to Lake Washington. EDGE worked with the owners during construction to refine design detailing at the kitchen, stair, roof deck, window configuration and exterior finishes.
